
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7AE8 it’s a Intel® Management Engine. Install the Intel® Management Engine driver to get your Intel chipset working properly. You can download the driver from the official Intel website a little bit below. The driver is designed for Windows 10, Windows 11 but you can try to run it on Windows 8.1. Also you can google this hardware as related: pci\ven_8086&dev_7ae8&subsys_1c3a1458&rev_11, pci\ven_8086&dev_7ae8&subsys_7ae81849&rev_11, pci\ven_8086&dev_7ae8&rev_11 drivers work for these devices.
