Identify the device by ven and dev device id. Download driver and install it. Also note that rev (0100, 0200, 0300, 0400) and subsys (cc, pid) are advanced options, don't rely on them! Drivers are designed for windows 10 x64 but are also found for windows 7, 8.1 x64. To learn how to install drivers in Windows, watch the video on the driver page and follow the appropriate steps. All files on the site are checked by antivirus and there is an example of their installation on YouTube.
