PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_E823 it’s a Ricoh Co Ltd PCIe SDXC/MMC Host Controller. If you want your card reader to read all types of flash cards, then install the driver for Ricoh Co Ltd PCIe SDXC/MMC Host Controller and enjoy reading data from any supported media. Compatibility mode in Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11 is made specifically to run drivers from xp, vista on itself. You can download the drivers below. Identify the device by ven and dev device id. Download driver and install it. Also note that rev (0100, 0200, 0300, 0400) and subsys (cc, pid) are advanced options, don't rely on them! Drivers are designed for windows 10 x64 but are also found for windows 7, 8.1 x64. To learn how to install drivers in Windows, watch the video on the driver page and follow the appropriate steps. When searching for a driver, ignore parameters such as - cc 0c03, cc 0300, cc 0b4000, subsys 06861025, cc 0302, cc 0c8000, cc 030000, rev 04, ACPI, subsys, rev 05, rev 06, hdaudio func, rev 0e, intelaudio dsp, rev 09. Use only ven and dev device id.
