PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1290 it’s a NVIDIA Graphics Device. For the device to work correctly download the driver for NVIDIA Graphics Device and then run the driver file and install it – it is not difficult at all (just click next). The driver is installed on OS Windows 10 and 11 but it is quite possible to install the driver on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 (files below). This driver is compatible with different equipment well for example PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1346, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1290 and many other devices. You can ask for help in comments. Other site visitors will help you. Also I highly recommend to watch video guide on how to install the software.

I am a service engineer with 15 years of experience and I am constantly looking for drivers for various hardware for work. I’m tired of using bad sites and I created a good one – you are on it. Enjoy using the site. Unfortunately, I have never held 70% of the hardware for which I publish drivers in my hands, and therefore some drivers may not work. Humble yourself.
