PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_94C1 it’s a AMD Radeon HD. The computer device will not function without drivers, so download the driver for your AMD Radeon HD device and run the driver file. This driver set will work on Windows 10 64-bit, Windows 11 but if you have Windows 8.1 you can try to install it (probably won’t work).
